Thanksgiving Collage

GARLIC ROASTED MASHED POTATOES
A great flavor to boost those regular old mashed potatoes. These will not leave that heavy garlic taste in your mouth because the garlic is sweetened by the roasting process.A great side for thanksgiving

.GREEN BEANS WITH BACON AND GARLIC
Need an alternative to that usual green bean casserole?
This is a fantastic way to serve up those familiar beans with a little twist. The beans are cooked crisp tender and dressed with a delicious light sauce and topped with smokey crisp bacon.

BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE
A favorite of many and something expected at my families table at Thanksgiving.
This casserole goes great alongside of that perfect baked ham.

CANDID SWEET POTATOES
My all time favorite recipe for candid sweet potatoes. These go perfectly along side turkey, ham or even that tasty pork loin you may serve at Thanksgiving. These are really sweet like a lot of the traditional recipes but I find the addition of the pineapple gives it a unique, irresistible flavor.

CROCK POT MAC N CHEESE
The perfect comforting homemade side to any Thanksgiving meal.
You will find this is a great recipe because it can be put together and left alone to cook in the slow cooker, not taking up valuable stove top space you may need for other sides.

PUMPKIN SOUFFLE
Not a fan of pumpkin? Dons worry, this can be made with sweet potatoes as well.It is way less sweet than my candid sweet potatoes and has a much lighter texture if you do use the pumpkin. With this recipe you get the creaminess of the pumpkin and a nice crunch from the pecan topping.A great side for turkey or ham at Thanksgiving.

PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS
After a big Thanksgiving meal sometimes we want just a little something. These muffins hit the spot.Just the right size and perfect combination of flavors, to top of the perfect Thanksgiving meal.

GERMAN CHOCOLATE INSIDE OUT CAKE
I could never leave out the chocolate lovers for Thanksgiving.
This cake is easy to make starting with a box mix and so very moist. The chocolate sauce makes it extra special and if you want to take it a little further for your special Thanksgiving meal, serve it warm with ice-cream.

CARAMEL CAKE
Thanksgiving just would not be complete without a delicious caramel cake. This caramel icing is totally from scratch and sends this recipe over the top.I like to serve this warm or at room temp and this is also fabulous with vanilla ice-cream.

My SPICED PINEAPPLE CIDER is so good I recently made it for the bistro.Twice to be exact, because it is now a huge hit with our guest.Make this a special Thanksgiving beverage you serve to your family. It is a delicious twist on the normal apple cider.
