Jodies Kitchen Strawberry Pie |
This Strawberry Pie is just as creamy and delicious as it looks.
It is a Family Favorite that we all have been making for years.
Although I am not certain as to who made this pie first my Mom or my Aunt Karen I do know one thing for sure,we all make it now and enjoy every last bite when we do.
We are always excited when fresh strawberries come in because that's when we make many of them to add to the freezer.
There is nothing like pulling out one of these in the dead middle of winter and enjoying.
No need to bake this either which is also a plus.
If Strawberries are not in season...no worries just use some frozen berries that you have let thawed..Yes this can also be made with the berries of your choice.
