Jodies Kitchen Peach Ice Cream |
One of the easiest recipes for peach ice cream I have ever had.
I don't even own a Ice cream maker,so if you don't either no problem.
With just a few simple ingredients, and a freezer you can make this delicious frozen treat anytime of the year.
Jodies Kitchen Peach Ice Cream No Machine Needed
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream...Very cold
1 Tbs.Vanilla flavoring..use the real thing if you have it.
1-14 oz. Sweet Condensed Milk
6 large RIPE peaches peeled...I crushed..I did mine by hand. Use the juice as well.
Place cream and vanilla in a large cold bowl and whisk until you have soft peaks, then fold in gently your milk incorporating well.Pour Mixture into a 2 quart freezer safe container and freeze about 3 hours,Once partially frozen remove from freezer and mix in your peaches juice and and all.Place back in freezer and let freeze 4 hours or until it has set up to your liking..This pic had set up over night and froze very hard.
