Jodies Kitchen Country Girl Grits |
One of my Families Favorites for Breakfast. GRITS!
We love them almost any way there is.
They really do take on the flavor of what you add to them,so if your not familiar with grits don't be afraid the name doesn't do them justice.
In my opinion if they are cooked properly they really aren't that gritty, but smooth warm and creamy.
This is just one variation of the way we like eat grits. My Egg is over easy just the way I like them as well.
If you have ever eaten creamy polenta then this is basically the same thing.
So don't be afraid by the name and go ahead and give grits a try.
It's not just a southern thing.
