Shrimp & Garlic Tortellini

Jodies Kitchen Shrimp and Garlic Tortellini





Jodies Kitchen Shrimp & Garlic Tortellini
1 cup cooked Cheese filled Tortellini (1 1/2 Cup )
12 Shrimp (Cleaned and tails off)-I used a larger shrimp
3 Teaspoons Chopped Garlic
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
2 Tbs. Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cream - just a splash
In a saute pan add oil and butter till melted then add garlic and cook on medium heat about 3 to 4 minutes (careful not to Burn Garlic) Then add shrimp and saute just until pink add your Cooked Tortellini and continue to saute about 2 minutes add a slash of cream and your salt and pepper.Enjoy
NOTE: A nice squeeze of Lemon is good on this as well,but no fresh Lemons in the House Today .
