Garlic Pork Nachos

Jodies Kitchen Garlic Pork Nachos

In my family we like a good plate of loaded nachos, but we  LOVE a big platter of my Garlic Pork Nachos.

These are loaded with garlic & ground pork, melted cheeses sauce, my homemade PICO DE GALLO and lots of extra cilantro.
I always do these on a big platter with extra cheese sauce for dipping those couple of chips that always some how end up getting left out.

This is not an exact recipe because it will depend on how many nachos you are wanting to make.
I made two large platters full just like pictured.I like assembling in two different batches so we will always have warm nachos.
Warming your tortilla chips does make a big difference.

I also used a store bought Mexican cheese sauce, you know like you get at the Mexican restaurant. You can very well use shredded cheese if you like or switch up the toppings.
