Cheesy Bread

Jodies Kitchen Cheesy Bread

Most of us have some version of this that we enjoy,and if you love ooey gooey cheesy bread I think you will love this recipe.
I made it as simple as possible.It is a easy go to that you can add along side many of your meals.
You can simply switch up the type of cheese you are using to make this fit in with any of your meals.
I used the softer type french bread for this, it was a pre baked bread bought from the store,if you use the harder crustier french baguette,its a little harder to separate the slices.

Jodies Kitchen Cheesy Bread
1 loaf French bread
Italian shredded  cheese mix of your choice
Butter.. softened...may use margarine
Simply place your bread on a sheet pan and slice bread almost all the way through,then smear softened butter in-between each slice,and some all over the top.Stuff cheese down inside each slice and sprinkle a little on top.Bake in a very hot oven I did this about 500F  un covered, till gooey and toasty.
