Orange Dream-Sickle Cake (By Jewel)
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
1 box orange jello (small)
1 box 3oz. vanilla pudding
1/2 cup oil
1 and 1/2 cup milk
Mix all together and pour into 13x9x2 pan, or 3- 9 inch cake pans,bake 350 till done.
Icing
8 oz. cool whip
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz.crushed pineapple drain well save juice
2 cups powdered sugar
7 oz. coconut
Pour pineapple juice over cake layers,mix other ingredients well. Ice cake and refrigerate.
Note: Jewel is my Mother in Law and her tip when entertaining is she waits to ice the cake just before serving,so the whole cake doesn't have to take up room in the fridge.
My Mother In law made this cake and I feel in love with it.We were visiting her at Thanksgiving and this was just one of the delicious desserts she had made for us.Yes it's Orangy Dreamy and Delicious.I hope you enjoy.
