Jodies Kitchen Black Beans
1 can Bushes Black Beans drained not rinsed..You may always cook your own if you like.
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
3 tablespoons chicken broth
Salt to taste
In a frying pan, add a little oil to cook garlic just a few minutes (careful don't burn)
Then add beans and broth,mash beans with a fork,but still leaving a little chunky.Continue cooking on low about 10 minutes.If your beans are to thick add a little more broth.If to thin continue to cook and it will thicken. I top with sour cream.
