Lemon Butter Baked Fish

This is a great recipe with any type of white fish.I am using crappie which we catch here ourselves locally.

The beautiful color you see on this fish is coming from the paprika, so make sure you aren't shy with the shaker.
Since I grow lemon thyme I like to use it with this recipe. If you have regular thyme it also works well here.If you dont have or grow herbs, no worries.I have been making this for years and way before I ever used any fresh herbs and it is still mighty tasty without any thyme at all.

This is definitely one of my families favorite baked fish recipes. The addition of the flour is perfect here because it soaks up the lemon butter and the paprika so it has plenty of flavor.
