2 Ingredient Nut Clusters

My Nut Clusters can be made in 5 minutes or less, they are budget friendly and are delicious.
You need no candy thermometer or fancy utensils to make these. You dont even have to be an experienced cook, baker, or candy maker.

I have been making these for years this same way when I need a good fast candy for gifts or to serve to company.
Another fantastic thing about these are you can choose the chocolate you like.I did white chocolate with this batch because it is what I had on hand.

I know there are lots of recipes for easy nut clusters, some even include using a crock pot.My Mother N Law in fact makes that crock pot candy, but it can get expensive and it's much more time consuming.Lets face it, not everyone owns a slow cooker either. Why this is, I dont have a clue.I love mine and could not live without it.That slow cooker candy is delicious but if you need something much quicker and just as good give my recipe a try.

Since I am so pressed for time this year I went right to this recipe when I realized I didn't have any candy made and was a week out from Christmas.I didn't have a lot of ingredients on hand so I knew this was the perfect recipe.Speaking of ingredients.I call this two ingredient even tho you will use salt at the end.I dont really consider that as an ingredient although technically it is.Most people usually have salt at home anyway.

Variations:
Use milk chocolate chips or any chocolate morsels of your choice.
Use mixed nuts or any nut that is your favorite.
Add cranberries, they add beautiful color to the white chocolate nut clusters.
I have made many variations and most work well.

Jodies Kitchen 2 Ingredient Nut Clusters
1 (12oz) bag morsels like you make chocolate chip cookies with
2 & 1/2 cups large salted  roasted peanuts (no skins)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
In a microwave safe bowl add chocolate morsels.Melt morsells (took me about 1 minute in my microwave). Stir in nuts and combine well until all nuts are coated with melted chocolate.Place candy mixture by spoonfuls on a baking sheet with wax paper.Immediately sprinkle candy clusters with salt.Candy is done after it sits up and hardens about 5 minutes.
