Jodies Kitchen Lace Cookies |
These delicious buttery bites surely get there name from the appearance the cookie has. They are so thin and almost britle like that they simply melt in your mouth while eating.
I suppose these have been around a very long time, and have been a family favorite to many for all those years.I just recently learned there are many variations to this cookie, and now I cant wait to try some of those. These cookies are very easy to make. The hardest part is, it makes so many I used 3 pans at once and continuously had them rotating, you know, cooling one while cooking another and scooping one..LOL. Its worth it. Good Luck
